Time Required: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
1 pack Golda or Melda pasta
3 grilled red pepper
½ glass garniture
1 tomatoe
1 chicken bubble
1 onion
½ glass olive oil
1 unit garlic
thyme, peppermint and black pepper
Procedure:
Boil 1 pack Golda or Melda fusilli pasta with 1 unit chicken bubble
Cut the onion in cubic form
Fry the olive oil until it becomes pink
Cut the grilled red pepper in thin pieces, add the thyme, peppermint, the black pepper and
the crushed garlic
Drain the pasta and put it in a deep plate
Mix the pasta and the vegetables mixture and serve hot
